Concept
The name Noura, meaning “light,” carries both literal and symbolic significance. In many cultures, light represents knowledge, spirituality, warmth, and guidance. This duality became the foundation of the design.
While the decorative inspiration comes from traditional Arab geometric and ornamental motifs, the overall silhouette embraces a clean, restrained Nordic form. The goal was not to replicate tradition, but to reinterpret it — allowing cultural identity to coexist with contemporary design language.

Material & Atmosphere
The material selection enhances this dual identity. Natural textures and soft finishes create warmth, while the structured form maintains contemporary elegance. The lighting effect is ambient rather than harsh, designed to create intimacy and serenity.
Noura is not only an object of illumination — it is an atmosphere creator.
